Hazainano
This recycled film, co-developed with a major film manufacturer, reuses edge trims generated in film factories.
Features
We provide films that minimize quality issues such as cloudiness, fish eyes, and black spots, while reducing the environmental burden through the effective use of factory waste. A major strength is that it boasts exceptional quality as a recycled product and can demonstrate stable performance.
greennano
This is a next-generation eco-plastic technology developed in Japan. By simply mixing it with ordinary plastic, CO₂ generated during incineration can be reduced.

Kaminano
This is a series of paper materials created through joint development with a major paper manufacturer. It is an excellent material that also offers cost benefits.

Eco RFID
This is a sustainable RFID tag provided by BEONTAG that eliminates plastic.

While having the same functionality as conventional RFID tags, it is environmentally friendly in that it does not use plastic. Circular Cotton Paper
This is an initiative to reuse white cotton scraps generated in the apparel industry and manufacture paper products with a high blend ratio of 50% or more.

These paper products are made from 50% or more cotton scraps and processed like wood pulp. It is a circular initiative that utilizes waste materials and is ideal for apparel hang tags and paper boxes.

There are countless sustainable materials in the world, but most of them can be broadly divided into two categories: those with high introduction costs that are not suitable for apparel accessories, or those that are relatively inexpensive and easy to introduce that can be found almost anywhere. Tentac has succeeded in developing “products that are optimal as apparel accessories, which are not only excellent in terms of price, but also advanced and sustainable as materials” by jointly developing with major manufacturers with material technology. This makes it possible to appeal to an advanced and innovative brand image that is in line with the times.

“リサイクルPEの弱点”を解決。ハザイナノで実現する持続可能なパッケージング
課題 従来のリサイクルPEフィルムにはいくつかの課題がありました。まず、汚れや印刷物のインクなどの選別が難しいために品質が安定しにくく、透明度が低い傾向があります。また、フィルムに小さな異物（フィッシュアイ）や黒い点（黒点）が発生しやすく、パッケージの見た目に影響してしまいます。 さらに、原料の調達や加工に関わる流れ（サプライチェーン）が複雑なことからコスト高となるため、企業が環境に配慮したパッケージを導入したくても、実現が難しいという現状がありました。 解決策 課題解決に向けて開発されたのが、テンタックが大手フィルムメーカーと共同開発したリサイクルPEフィルム「ハザイナノ」です。従来のリサイクルPEに見られた品質のばらつきや見た目の不安定さといった課題に対し、「ハザイナノ」は端材を活用しつつ、厳選された原料を使用することで、高い透明度と、フィッシュアイや黒点の少ない安定した品質を実現しました。 さらに、GRS認証を取得しているため、環境配慮の観点でも信頼性が高く、サステナブルな製品として高く評価されています。コストの抑制とシンプルなサプライチェーンを同時に実現し、環境負荷を抑えながら、効率的な運用が可能になりました。 このように、ハザイナノは品質・コスト・環境配慮のすべての面で優れたリサイクルPEフィルムとして、多くの企業に採用されています。ぜひ、ハザイナノを活用して、持続可能なパッケージングを実現してください。

カーボン・オフセット袋の活用で環境負荷削減と企業イメージ向上！
課題 プラスチック製の袋の中でも、ゴミ袋やレジ袋はリサイクル時に必要な工程となるゴミや汚れなどの不純物のとの分別が難しく、最終的には廃棄焼却されることが多くあります。その結果として大量の二酸化炭素（CO2）が排出されることが大きな問題となっていました。消費者の環境意識が高まる中で、企業はこの問題にどう対応するかが重要な課題となり、従来の包材ではそのニーズに応えることができませんでした。 解決策 グリーンナノ技術を採用したカーボン・オフセット袋の導入により、プラスチック袋の焼却時に発生するCO₂排出や、企業の環境対策の遅れといった課題への対応が可能になりました。 この袋には、廃棄焼却時に排出されるCO₂を、植林活動や再生可能エネルギーの活用など、温室効果ガスの削減に関わるプロジェクトへの支援を通じて相殺する（＝オフセットする）仕組みが備わっています。その結果、排出された温室効果ガスの量と同程度のCO₂を、別の形で埋め合わせることが可能になります。加えて、こうした支援の広がりが、国内の環境活動をさらに活性化させることにもつながっています。取り組みを通じて、企業は環境への責任を果たすとともに、環境意識の高い消費者からの信頼を獲得し、持続可能なビジネスの推進が可能になります。

課題 プラスチック製品は、リサイクルが難しいため現在も多くが焼却処分されています。その際に発生するCO₂は、企業にとっても無視できない環境負荷となっています。持続可能性が求められる今、環境に配慮した素材への切り替えを望む声はあるものの、「コスト増」や「品質の低下」への懸念から、なかなか具体的な対策に踏み切れない状況が続いていました。 解決策 そこで導入されたのが、焼却時のCO₂排出量を大幅に削減できる「グリーンナノ技術」でした。これは、従来のプラスチック製品にわずか3％程度の機能性マスターバッチを加えるだけで、見た目や強度、使い勝手に影響を与えることなく、環境負荷の低減が期待できる技術です。他のエコ資材と比べてコストも抑えやすく、日常的に使われるプラスチック製品にも幅広く活用できます。パッケージには、グリーンナノのロゴと「このパッケージには、燃焼時に発生するCO₂を削減する効果があります。」というメッセージを印字し、環境への配慮をわかりやすく伝えています。
