PRODUCTIVITY

Diverse Production
Capabilities with
7 Wholly-Owned Factories
around the world

TENTAC has large-scale wholly-owned production plants in Japan, Qingdao, Shanghai, Thailand, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

Not all locations produce a single material, but we have several hundred machines of more than 50 types and produce more than 10 types of materials.

In addition to orthodox paper-based materials, care labels and packages, we can produce a variety of materials, including advanced technology products such as RFID tags, packages using sustainable materials and transfer marks.

For our customers who are expanding globally, we are able to reduce logistics costs and shorten delivery times by having factories located nearby.

Technological Development
Capabilities that
anticipate the times and
"create things that don't exist"

RFID collaborates with several major inlay manufacturers to develop original inlays that meet the needs of each industry, and performs performance evaluations using our own research facilities. Although this is an industry where technology evolves quickly, we propose the most suitable RFID tag for each customer.

Based on our extensive experience in developing and selling sustainable material products, we are jointly developing unique products with multiple companies that have new technology sustainable material.

We have a wide variety of unique sustainable materials that are only available at TENTAC. In order to create new products, new facilities are also necessary. We have a development team specializing in in-house production equipment in Shanghai, and we have achieved more efficient and stable production by using production equipment developed in-house for special production equipment such as those related to RFID.

Cost Competitiveness through Economies of Scale with Annual Production of 2.5 Billion Pieces and Sales of 3 Billion Pieces

With an annual production volume of approximately 2.5 billion pieces and a sales volume of 3 billion pieces, TENTAC boasts industry-leading procurement and production volumes, giving it a significant cost advantage.

As for RFID tags, we produce most of them in-house, but we have the top domestic market share in terms of sales as well.

(2022 RFID Market Current Status and Prospects_Yano Research Institute). Since we procure many major raw materials in units of 100 million pieces, we are able to provide a stable supply of low-cost, high-quality products.

Product Planning Capabilities of 150 Global Sales Staff and 20 Designers

At TENTAC, we do not sell products that are simply selected from a ready-made menu.

For all products, including materials, designs, shapes, printing methods, production areas, and delivery methods, we propose optimal custom-made product plans based on hearings with customers.

No matter how small the project, please contact us first. Our specialized intellectual property team also proposes intellectual property countermeasures and product proposals using TENTAC's patents.

Ability to handle orders for Small Lots of Various Products with 10 SEs and 50 Data Preparation Staff

However, our experience in the apparel subsidiary materials industry has given us a wealth of experience in handling small lots of various types of products.

For customers with a wide variety of products in small lots, we will build an order system tailored to the customer.

As a result, customers can seamlessly perform everything from putting it into a printing block to giving production instructions to our factory just by sending a specified data file.
