Performance tests are conducted and managed for each production lot, and tests can be conducted according to customer needs. QC file management for each production number enables tracking of raw materials, production, and in-house test results.

General transfer conditions are two presses at 170°C, but TENTAC transfer is basically one press (10 seconds) at 145°C, so it can be said that it is a product with high work efficiency.

Full Color

Products such as characters can be printed in multiple colors like offset printing. Combined with screen printing, it is possible to reproduce more freely while keeping the price down.

Stretch

A stretch function that can be said to be essential for transfer materials. The film is soft and can be used with elastic materials such as 2-way.

フチのない転写

Fuchi-toru

Developed "Fuchitoru" to replace brand labels and laundry labels that come in direct contact with the skin with transcription. Eliminates tingling and frustration around the neck and armpits, and provides a comfortable texture.

Water-repellent

Compatible with water-repellent materials such as nylon and polyester. Since the adhesive layer is thin, it is ideal for thin materials such as sports materials.
