TENTAC De-plasticization, Alternative to Paper Materials
TENTAC is strengthening the development and sales of paper materials to meet the demand for de-plasticisation.Materials such as paper keepers and hooks are launched as the "Kaminano" Series, allowing customers to choose paper materials according to function, cost and texture.
There are three types of materials: regular "Kaminano", which has the same strength and elasticity as plastic; "Kaminano Light", which is inferior to Kaminano in resilience but easier to switch from plastic due to its cost advantage; and "Kaminano Board", a textured kraft paper made from recycled rice bags and other used paper.
The shape is a regular Kamino and is compatible with quick hooks for easy attachment to sock hooks, packages, etc., in addition to shirt materials.Kaminano Light can make sock hooks and quick hooks, while Kaminano Board can make sock hooks and mini-hangers.We will continue to increase the number of items in the Kaminano Series.
The Kaminano Series uses specially reinforced paper, such as 100% natural cellulose fiber base paper that is broken down to the nano-level, re-agglomerated and bound together, which is "as strong as or stronger than plastic products" among paper. The integrated production, which was jointly developed with a major paper manufacturer, offers cost advantages and the company focused on the ease of switching to paper. While major companies have been the first to adopt the system, it is now being adopted in earnest by small and medium-sized fashion companies and in other industries.
