TENTAC is receiving increasing inquiries for its environmentally friendly "hazainano" packaging which is targeted at Japanese companies manufacturing in China.hazainano, which the company developed last December with a major film manufacturer, is 100% recycled polyethylene, features high transparency and GRS (Global Recycle Standard) certification.
Since it can be procured and produced in China, "it can be adopted at a relatively low cost despite being a recycled material. It can be used as transportation bags to send apparel products from sewing factories in China to Japan. In addition to its high transparency, TENTAC's Chinese factory has established a production base for film processing, which has led the company to receive more orders than expected for packaging of underwear and other innerwear products.
The company has already secured orders for 10 million sheets and aims to secure stable orders of 100 million sheets per year in the next few years. In addition to this, for internal sales in China, "requests for highly particular brand labels and price tags are increasing" from highly sensitive fashion brands.
